Remote meetings of Employee Representative Bodies

An ordinance of 25 November 2020 allows, for the duration of the state of health emergency, the use of videoconferencing to bring together staff representatives and even authorizes the use of conference calls or instant messaging.

It should be noted that elected officials now have a right of opposition (which did not exist during the first confinement), for sensitive consultations (collective dismissal for economic reasons, implementation of agreements relating to a collective contractual termination, collective performance, or even partial long-term activity).
